This may seem trivial or naive, however, it's important for me to get idea on how autogrow4 can be used.
Do we need to install docker separately from the docker website in order to be able to use docker containerized autogrow4 version on Windows? To be true, there is not much information about this anywhere.
If I am running on a laptop with 4 cores and 16GB RAM what parameters would be optimal for a lead optimization run with 17 ligands and their fragments amounting to 83? In the first instance is it possible to get results in time on a laptop with these configuration specifics?
