      Hi,

      I would like to ask if it would be possible to display the interaction results produced by BINANA in VMD or Chimera in my laptop? If so, what are the steps to do this?

      Hi Pete. When you press the "Save" button in the web app, the resulting ZIP file contains a VMD directory with a VMD state file. Hope this helps. ~Jacob
