File name too long

Hi,

for some molecules the name of the ligand is too long for the name of the file. The real example:

_3-__1R_16Z_24E_63E_18Z_-1_18-dihydroxy-12_32-dimethoxy-12_12_24_22_21_36-hexamethyl-2_4_10_14_20-pentaoxo-11_36-dioxa-3-azatetracyclo_30.3.2.1.0________hexatriaconta-16_24_26_28-tetraen-12-yl_-3-_2-hydroxy-3-methoxycyclohexyl_propoxylo_sulfonic_acid__input3456

this throws an error:


OSError: File error: Bad output file


for ligand names longer than 255 the file name should be truncated.
