How can I send minor PRs to the Dimorphite-DL repo?

Hi!

I'd like to fix a couple of tiny bits in Dimorphite-DL (e.g. fix a Py warning in the library output), but don't seem to be able to sign up to your GitLab instance. Am I missing something there, or you aren't going to accept external contributions?

In fact, I already sent the PRs to a GitHub mirror of the repo, but the author decided to stay in sync with the GitLab instance:
