When attempting to use option "thoroughness" (-t), the program expects a string and throws an error when given an int. This issue was fixed locally by editing the program so that it expects an integer for -t input.

This aside, Gypsum-DL is easy to use and works very well. Thanks!

Excellent catch, Nikhil. Much thanks for bringing this bug to my attention. It will be fixed in version 1.1.2. All the best.
