no extract ligand option from PDB

Hello!

My student and I were recently using BINANA to examine protein-ligand interactions for a series of ligands that we’re interested in from the PDB, but recently it seems that there’s no longer an option to extract a ligand from the PDB file (we can load the protein, but can’t extract the ligand). Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Daniel. Sincere apologies for the confusion. I just realized that I accidentally uploaded the beta version of the app to the production site. The original version (2.1) should now be restored, with the extract-ligand option. Take care. ~Jacob
